This is a fantastic give-away. Thanks so much!
One year, a student and her mom gave me a $100 gift card to Old Navy for some new teacher clothes. It was AMAZING!
I love this giveaway and I love your care package! Know that you are appreciated and that so many teachers are grateful for all you do! Thank you!! 🙂
My favorite gift of all time was a a tree. Michael Green wheeled in a little evergreen in a wagon, plugged in the Christmas lights and played me a song on his violin. Best gift ever and the tree? Still alive in my yard! Thanks for the opportunity to win!
the most memorable gift was a plant from a student and getting to watch it grow along with my students.
Happy Teacher Appreciation week!

One TAW gift that I will never forget was a letter from a parent. Those words of encouragement and thank meant more than any gift!

Love this…I have gotten some cute things over the years, but I always remember the giftcards to restaurants and other stores.
The greatest gift that I got was a pencil vase from a fellow teacher last school year. She had her 8th graders make a pencil vase with pencils and soup cans for each teacher. She then included beautiful plastic flowers. Also she had printed out a prayer for teachers. Each student wrote a special message to each teacher on the back of the prayer, and they handed them out to us at a special mass:)
One gift I received was a hand written letter from a troubled student. This student would repeatedly tell me he hated me, wish he wasn't in my class, disrupt the classroom, etc. In that letter was an apology for all his bad behavior. He said I didn't deserve the trouble he was giving me, the he loved me, and that he never had a teacher care for him like I do. I will never forget that student or that letter,
A White Sox teacher apple…it's super cool!
One gift I will never forget is a mug that says Best Teacher! Cheesy I know, but it was from one of my students who I swore didn't like me.
My kiddos wrote me the sweetest notes this year. Definitely my favorite gifts!
I have received many gifts, but the ones that mean the most are the cards my students create. They are funny, sweet, sincere and are heartfelt. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
I received a canvas tote bag with my students thumb prints that they had turned into little bugs! So cute!
My favorite are chocolate covered pretzels dipped by a student. Yummy and thoughtful.
One of my first ENL students told me that I inspired her to become a teacher. <3
A note from a student who said I was the reason that he liked school and he had never liked it before.
I received a Christmas ornament that had a hand written note in it that I didn't find until a few years later! I treasure that ornament!!Mrs. 3rd Grade
My favorite gift – It was my last year in my previous district before we moved to New England. My class knew I loved anything nautical, so they did a shadow box with a lighthouse and a picture of a ship that had me as the captain and pictures of all my students sitting on the boat. It was adorable. 🙂
One of my students wrote a sweet poem about me as her teacher and her appreciation to me.
I have not received any gifts yet but we will see if I get any this week
Notes from students and parents thanking me
The parents in our school make posters for each teacher that they put up on our doors. Knowing that the parents took time to create this gesture is wonderful.
I appreciate all gifts I have received. 🙂
I received a mug with tea; I drank tea daily. I still use that mug, all these years later.
The best gifts are the notes I receive from my students. It lets me know that, no matter how hard this job is, it is well worth because we, as teachers, do make a difference in the lives of our students!
